C Company is a London based theatre company founded in 2006 when ten actors joined forces to create a tightly knit ensemble. We train together weekly using Sanford Meisner’s acting techniques, to develop an ability to bring spontaneity and truthfulness to performance moment to moment to create truly alive theatre.
The idea was to create a home where every week the group could engage in a variety of theatrical work designed to build a tightly knit, uninhibited and impassioned ensemble. It’s our goal, to bring this unique creative approach to the classics and to the development of new plays with actors collaborating with writers at all stages of development. With the simple aim of inspiring our audiences to feel and think and enjoy.
