C Company is following its hugely successful Wilde shows with three Shakespeare Plays at the Bridewell Theatre: As You Like It, The Merchant of Venice and Romeo and Juliet. (The Tempest is being produced by Baseless Fabric, another company.)

I watched your first performance of AYLI at the Bridewell…very enjoyable. However, may I suggest you all slow down during the opening speeches…
This is s slimline version but your audience will enjoy hearing the music and poetry and will respond readily to your modern inflections if they can hear them more clearly. There is no rush. 45 minutes of rhythmic speech will suit the lunchtime folk and the story is clear and straightforward underneath the fun and games.
You are doing good work and building an audience in the city. Shakespeare is a different skill than Wilde but if you can keep up your energy levels and enunciate clearly, you should all do very well.
You have earned the extended runs of 3 weeks. Enjoy.
I thoroughly enjoyed your lunchbox production of As You Like It, a very welcome break from the office and will be back again for the other productions. Keep up the good work!
Hi, how do we get information about the cast for As You Like It?
Very enjoyable spending lunchtime in your company. My team and I had a great time watching the play.
I saw your performance of “The Merchant of Venice” at the Bridewell today and I absolutely loved it. A great way to pass a lunch hour, and a fantastic mental break from life in the City. I am looking forward to future productions and will definitely be passing the word around.
