Award-winning writer Simon Warne developed his skills at the Finborough Theatre and later at RADA. Plays include Mind the Gap, Double Effect (Finborough), Truth Talks (Southwark Playhouse), Original Spin (New End, Hampstead and Criterion) Wishful Thinking (winner of the London Writers’ Competition 2000) Damaged Good (Etcetera). Musicals include You’re the Top! A Musical Trubute to Cole Porter, The Two Hermiones (Electric Theatre, Guildford) Rasputin (Greenwich) What You Will (Royal Academy of Music workshop) and Stratford Street (Academy for New Musical Theatre workshop, Los Angeles). Radio:Temperatures Rising (Radio Four) and The News Huddlines (Radio Two). Television: Doctors.
About C Company
C Company is a London-based theatre company founded in 2006 when ten actors joined forces to create a tightly knit ensemble. We train together weekly using Sanford Meisner’s acting techniques, to develop an ability to bring spontaneity and truthfulness to performance moment to moment to create truly alive theatre.
